Almond Syrup

I put raw almond in water and in the fridge for a couple of days. Peel 5 or 6 of them, grind them, put them in a neat and tender piece of cloth and soak it in a glass half full with hot water. I put the glass inside a kettle of boiling water.

There, after several minutes, I have almond syrup.

I add 10 ml of almond syrup to a mixture of cereal (usually 20 ml) and fresh fruit juice (usually 15 ml of grapes or apple juice) , and give it to you.
